Robert C. Falsone

Background:
Robert C. Falsone has thirty years of experience investing, financing, and developing real estate assets.
He is a founding member and manager of Washington Alliance Capital, LLC, and has a long and distinguished real estate investment, asset management and banking career. Prior to the formation of Washington Alliance Capital, LLC. Mr. Falsone was a Managing Director of Washington Investment Partners, LLC, where he was responsible for all real estate acquisitions. The total value of the assets he purchased at WIC amounted to approximately $300 million dollars. The anticipated internal rate of return is twenty-five percent (25%) or greater for these investments. Prior to Mr. Falsone’s involvement with Washington Investment Partners, LLC, Mr. Falsone served as a Senior Officer of the J.E. Robert Company, where he oversaw the acquisition of thousands of distressed and core real estate assets worth more than $2 billion dollars. Mr. Falsone began his career with the United States Treasury Department as a National Bank Examiner for three (3) years followed by a six year career the with current day Bank of America.

Daryl M. Mendenhall
Managing Partner
Background:
Daryl Mendenhall is a co-founding member and manager of Washington Alliance Capital. Mr. Mendenhall’s responsibilities include the firm’s operations, capital raising activities specializing in institutional investors. His duties also include monitoring the firm’s investment strategies, working with client consultants, and participating in client reviews and presentations. Mr. Mendenhall has held senior executive level positions in both the private and public sectors overseeing and managing multi-billion dollar initiatives. After serving as comptroller of a state agency in Georgia, Mr. Mendenhall left the public sector in order to join Gray & Company, an institutional investment management consulting firm, located in Atlanta, Georgia. While serving as a consultant, Mr. Mendenhall was responsible for development, implementation, and monitoring of investment strategies for institutional investment plans. Additional professional experience includes institutional portfolio management duties with MDL Capital Management where he co-managed a $3.0 billion fixed income portfolio for institutional investors including pension funds, foundations and endowments. Throughout Mr. Mendenhall’s professional career he has worked with individuals and institutions to identify and reach their financial goals.

Adam Kreisel
Managing Director
Background:
Adam Kreisel is actively involved in the sourcing and closing of new acquisitions as well as growing and maintaining the firm’s capital market relationships. Since 2005, Mr. Kreisel has served as Managing Director of Meridian Hill Advisors, LLC, a boutique real estate investment and advisory firm based in Washington, DC. At Meridian, Mr. Kreisel focused on all aspects of the purchase and sale of mission critical government assets throughout the country, as well on structuring public-private development entities. Mr. Kreisel has structured GSA investments valued at more than $150 million. He has also established a $200 million private equity fund for the District of Columbia to acquire and develop a diversified real estate portfolio and advised a major urban school district to optimize its real estate portfolio. From 2001-2004, Mr. Kreisel was a founding partner and Supervising Principal of Juniper Capital Group, a broker dealer based in Washington, DC. At Juniper, focused on the creation of a private equity fund of funds that invests in a diversified portfolio of venture capital and leveraged buyout funds. In addition, Mr. Kreisel supervised a team of placement agents that raised more than $500 million for a variety of third party private equity and hedge fund clients. Mr. Kreisel worked in the White House as assistant to the Chief of Staff. He also served as Deputy Finance Director of the Gore 2000 campaign.
